Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to complete your order. Larger orders may increase your completion time to up to 14 days. 

+ Shipping is not included in your order total. A shipping invoice will be sent upon completion of your order and you will be billed for the actual cost of shipping. We ship using UPS or USPS, but please specify if you have a preference!

+ Orders placed within 30 miles of Richmond, KY will receive free local delivery.

+ Local pickup can also be arranged. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to pick up your order in Richmond and we'll coordinate a pickup day and time once your order is completed! 

Returns

First and foremost, we want to you love your order and we thank you for your business! All wholesale sales are considered final, but if you receive a damaged item, please let us know! 

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but sometimes mistakes are made. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective:

+ Reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.

+ Please contact us at madison@raisedwright.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your business name and order number. 

If available, damaged items will be replaced. In the event that a replacement item is not available, you will be credited to your original form of payment.
